Treat mead as a queue, not a last-minute craft
- Step 1: Collect 30 Fine Wood, 5 Bronze, and 10 Resin, equip the hammer, open the crafting/build menu, select Fermenter, and place it under a roof near the food storage route.
- Step 2: At the Cauldron, craft a mead base, carry it to the Fermenter, interact with the station, and place the base into the input slot.
- Step 3: Label the input and finished-mead chests separately, wait for the batch to finish, collect the six servings, and reserve healing or resistance mead for the next dangerous route.

The Fermenter earns its space when it runs before the expedition. Separate the input, active batch, and finished mead so a multiplayer base can see what is ready and what is reserved for the next dangerous route.
- Place the station near the Cauldron and storage rather than in a decorative corner that makes every batch a separate trip.
- Put a small test batch into the Fermenter before committing the entire honey or ingredient reserve.
- Start healing and resistance batches while the group is still preparing the boss route, then move the finished mead to the departure chest.
Fermenter production loop
| Stage | Player action | Ready when |
|---|---|---|
| Prepare | Craft the mead base at the Cauldron and label the input chest | The base, ingredients, and storage route are together |
| Queue | Place the base in the Fermenter under a roof near the work route | The active batch is visible and not mixed with finished mead |
| Depart | Move servings to the departure chest and keep a recovery reserve | The group can take the correct resistance or healing supply |
If the item does not solve the job
- Check the station and ingredient stock before adding another batch.
- Move the station closer to the storage route if the multiplayer base keeps mixing inputs.
- Use a small test batch when the recipe or effect is version-sensitive.
