Best Valheim Boss Powers for Each Job

Choose a power for one trip

   Step 1: At the Sacrificial Stones, place the boss trophy on an available hook and interact with the stone to equip the corresponding Forsaken power.

   Step 2: Open Settings > Controls and confirm the key shown for Use Forsaken Power; press that key once in a safe area and observe the active effect and cooldown.

   Step 3: Choose the next job the power will support, activate it at the start of that route, and return to the stones if the selected power does not match the trip.

   Step 4: Keep the recovery route described in the preparation step open until the unlock is confirmed.

Forsaken powers are temporary tools, so the decision should begin with the job rather than the power name. Mining, sailing, hauling, exploration, and combat each create different value from a timed effect.

• Test the control at the Sacrificial Stones before entering a boss arena or leaving with valuable cargo.
• Tell the group when the power starts and what must be completed before its effect or cooldown becomes a problem.
• If the power does not match the route, return to the stones and change the plan before spending the trip.

If the boss run breaks

• Return to the starting stones if the chosen power does not match the trip.
• Use a safe test world for timing questions.
• Do not spend a valuable boss attempt while learning the control.
